Our new guardhouse and entry gate are in the final stages of construction. Development activity and landscaping continues with beautiful, mature trees and indigenous plants.
March 2009
Our beautiful new guardhouse is coming along, construction is nearly complete on our entry gate and landscaping continues in Phase 1 of our community. As work progresses throughout Sereno Canyon, every detail is designed to complement the spectacular setting with its 360-degree views.
January 2009
Development continues throughout Sereno Canyon with a new north entrance where the construction of our entry gate guardhouse and landscaping are underway. Paving of Phase I roadways is complete, making it easy to explore the community.
November 2008
Development continues with newly paved access roads through pristine State Land to our gate. Interior Phase 1 roadways are in place and are on schedule to pave this month. Construction of our entry gate guardhouse and landscaping are now underway.
