Harvard Realty Services Hired to Market Limited Real Estate Offering In North Scottsdale

Sereno Canyon is the finest of scarce large lots in north Scottsdale

SCOTTSDALE, Ariz. (August 28, 2006) – Harvard Realty Services LLC, division of Scottsdale-based Harvard Investments, has been retained to market 122 custom homesites adjacent to the McDowell Sonoran Preserve in north Scottsdale. The luxury community will be called Sereno Canyon and is owned by Henry Crown and Company, which also owns The Golf Club Scottsdale.

The homesites are planned to average two acres and offer dramatic views of the native desert, surrounding mountains, Tonto National Forest and Four Peaks. Sereno Canyon is located at Happy Valley Road and the 122nd Street alignment and represents one of the final opportunities to buy large custom homesites in north Scottsdale.

Harvard Realty Services was formed in 2006 and its designated broker Jim Buckley will manage the marketing and sales of the property. While Buckley currently leads the sales and marketing team for the Prescott community of Talking Rock, his role will expand to hire, organize and lead a team of sales professionals for Sereno Canyon. Buckley's experience in luxury real estate sales is broad and includes projects for DMB Associates, Lyle Anderson Companies, and Vistoso Partners. He has successfully sold custom homesites at Lahonton at Lake Tahoe, Calif., Superstition Mountain in Apache Junction, Ariz., Hokuli'a in Hawaii and Pine Canyon in Flagstaff, Ariz.
