Sereno Canyon offers North Scottsdale estate homesites in a variety of sizes, ranging from 1.4 to 4.9 acres and averaging 2.5 acres. Each individual homesite is designed to take advantage of its unique natural setting, including spectacular views, distinctive boulder formations and natural open space. Building envelopes are also thoughtfully positioned to promote privacy and complement the desert surroundings. Homesites are priced from the high $600s to $2.5 million. Do you have to build a home within a certain time period?
There are absolutely no requirements as far as building time. You may begin construction of your custom home right away or whenever suits your schedule. If you prefer to wait indefinitely, or never build at all, that's entirely your option.

To help ensure the integrity of the community, generous architectural guidelines and CC&Rs provide flexibility and creativity in the design of each residence, while also complementing the natural environment and protecting every property owner's investment.
